I understand that volume 8 of "Germany and the Second World War" (The War in the East and in Other Fronts 1943/44) has not been translated in English yet. For anyone who has read the original German version, what do they say about the withdrawal through Lapland and northern Norway?

On a side note, why do they refer to it as the Lapplandkrieg whereas other campaigns are listed as "the war in (insert front)" or "the end of the (insert action)"? http://swbplus.bsz-bw.de/bsz264978773inh.pdf
