Are these two Himmler biographies the same?

There is two biographies of Himmler on Amazon by Peter Padfield, the first one is simply titled "Himmler" and the other is "Himmler: Reichsfuhrer S.S", are these both the same book with just a different title and publisher?

Just a note to say that a lot of the confusion having to do with some of these books is that one is published in Britain and the other in the USA with title variations. When the author is British, the title of the book changes somewhat when published in the USA (and vice versa the other way around) - same text / book but marketing / title changes including different covers etc.
