Digital Versions of Reibert & Heeresdienstvorschriften?

#1

Post by militaryhistoryvisualized » 03 Sep 2016, 10:44

Does anyone know if the Reibert and Heeresdienstvorschriften/Ausbildungsvorschriften der Infanterie are still under copyright? And if not, is there an official seller for them? I know I can get the real ones from the Austrian State Library, but I was quite astonished that I couldn't find any digitized version so far.

I can remember seeing Reibert's "Schütze" somewhere on Russian re-enactor's site. Reiberts for the gunner and anti-tank gunner are also online. Some infantry Heeresdienstvorschriften can be found in English and German on https://archive.org/ or in Russian on http://wwii.germandocsinrussia.org/ru/n ... opis-12480

thx, but on archive.org I found a lot of stuff, but nearly nothing in the German original.

Can't wait til germandocsinrussia finally adds the pdf download, according to the admin it should take a few months.

can you point me in the general direction of the Russian re-enactor site?

You've asked about infantry manuals, not about many manuals ;)

Pdf versions are already available at rutracker.org

Here is the link to download the Reibert itself: https://cloud.mail.ru/public/8c594c404c ... 201936.pdf
