How did you find this site & forum?

I'm a WWII aviation buff and I was looking for information on a German bomber - Axis History Forum popped up and I decided to join. This has to be one of the best administrated forums ever. For the most part it is highly respectful and the moderators do a fantastic job of stepping in when it is required. Congratulations to Marcus and his staff.

I was bored and was reminiscing about the old chats we used to have on several other forums. I was trying to find people from those old days which started about mid 1999 on a forum/chat called Holocaust/Holohoax to various other forums that were created by others by the nick names SSMAN (now deceased) and AryanGoddess till about 2001. Michael Miller was amongst some of the members who would discuss/debate the history of WWII and other discussions that got a bit heated.

Anyway, I enjoyed the discussions, which I learned more from those than I ever had in school and hope to read/participate in the many discussions on here.

I have a fascination with Berlin, the last battle and 1945 amongst other topics. I was searching for images of the ministry of the interior and came up with a search and thread here that had mistaken Gestapo hq with the ministry of the interior. After pondering for a few minutes I decided to join.

If you search for WW2 related information (especially if it's very specific and not very known) then this forum always comes up in Google. It looks very serious and apolitical and doesn't allow nonsense like Holocaust denial, Neo-Nazis or similar.
The IQ level here looks very high and people seem very polite.

Back in the early 2000s I remember seeing the site linked on the old Feld Grau forum. I remember posting a bit back then back when it did not require registration to post on AHF. Due life circumstances, I drifted away, but re-found the site back in 2011. Its good to be back.

I found this site from a complaint on Yahoo about the feldgrau forum after I found I could not register on that forum.
