New Problem with staying logged on

After I have sucessfully logged on and have gone to a topic I find that when I return to the Index page I have been logged out.
Any ideas?

Often problems with staying logged is related to an issue with the cookies, try deleting the cookie set by the forum on your computer.

Thanks Marcus, but I think there must be some other reason.
I have deleted cookies, restarted IE, even rebooted, in numerous combinations, all to no effect.
Sometimes I can go back to the index page once without logging out but the next time the log in page comes up.

I have just noticed that I stay logged in so long as I don't use the back arrow key.
Following links within the site is OK, but not using IE9s navigation arrows.
Is this your problem or mine I wonder?

OK. Everyone stop looking; problem solved.

I went to Tools/Manage Add-ons and disabled the most recent add-on [ChromeFrame BHO]
Things are still working even after I re-enabled the add-on.
Hope this helps anyone else with the same problem
