Be careful with the mines or ammo you find.

Hello 0200818

The thingie is the innerpart of ammobox for
German stickhandgrenades, the stickhandgrenades
are clipped on the "thingie" and the fuzes are
put in the boxes on top of the "thingie" .

mosquitoes....yes there were few.....billions....

and we found PZInz 703 cabins (I assume). Or what is left of them. Not sure tough. Cabins had some
bullet holes and there were also rifle holders. There is some pictures about "thingies" again any ideas what those could
be?

Nice, thanks. I was always kinda saddened by the fact you cant go tressure hunting in Finland like ie in Poland, Russia and even on Germany on the former ww2 battlefields, some how the possibility that theres finds to be made in the wilderness of Lapland always escaped my mind.

Regards,
Juha.

AWESOME

Postby Lappland on 02 Jul 2006 10:07

Cool Dude! I tought there is nuthing left in Lapland (home of lap dancing - ehheehhehe). So you found
mines, grenades, handgranade holder system, gas mask canisters, field kitchen, parts of gebirgsjäger??...(the boot), PZInz 703 ????!!!! (looks right to me, those were built in few difrent outlooks), some kinda LFK shells and stuff. If I had found that mine I would have certainly been scared....

Nice findings in deed! Any more pictures? found any ammomags? Rifle shells? Bayos? What is that building?? (photo where is that hat wearing fellow).
Did you see any bunkers?

cheers,
Lappland
