Thanks edelweiss for your info it´s much appreciated. Can you give us the book title? And don´t worry about your English, mine is not better :) (That´s the fate of people whose mother language isn´t English).

I don't know the title, mine copy has none, but i think the book was orange with "geheim" or something on it.
So if u got any letter codes that u want to know, i'd be happy to help u with searching them in my book. :milwink:

I don't know the english name for that thing, but seems to be that cylinder used to tight sleeves on the cargo... is almost the same mechanism for the chain hoist. not sure really bur this was my first thought when I see it.

additional charge (lisäpanos) containers. to make the projectile/grenade fly further.

some kind of a carrying system. Stamped KUKA 1940. Any info would be nice. Also seen here: http://www.ww2incolor.com/german/mortar_duck.jpg.html
found two of these last summer. The other is in better condition. Painted Black. I assume it has been used by gebirgstruppe, because where it was found.

what about the link? similar equipment - I tought also first that it would be rucksack frame, but the picture made me think otherwise.

this is the better Tragestell 39. visited the sama place yesterday where these were found. just before snow covered polar circle. Found also this saw in picture. Still works fine. Cuts wood like a new :lol:

I removed this plate from tank many years ago in Lapland. I had forgot whole thing until I discovered this plate again this christmas. The question is, what tank this was? Any ideas? Allied - hence the english?
