It looks like it is being repaired or serviced so the pointers could be in their "off" positions while the crew work on the range finder.
Ummmhhh.... I don´t think. The Kdo-Ger.36 did not have this type the dial pointers

Hi Sturm

The handwheels and other bits look like it is a Kdo-Ger.36. I cannot locate a photo of one with the dial pointers. Could they have been added after radar was included in the battery? The crew of the Kdo-Ger using the pointers to align the Kdo-Ger to the same bearings as the radar?

Yes, Berkog IV m/29 according to a Finnish source.
While being advanced as being able to deal with objects flying up to 560 km/h, it was a very compilcated: it for instance needed nine operators.

Can somebody help me to identify this naval rangefinder?

Does somebody have any information about the models of rangefinders used by german Kriegsmarine during WW2?

My best guess would be an early "Hazemeyer", based on those handwheels.
