Hi Sturm 78,

first to the pics with the bridge building material A: You are right, there are differences between the pontoons. Thanks for posting. I didn´t know about it.
Then to Your last pic, again a very interesting pic for me: I think it is the captured Polish bridge building material with the designation LMPD (Lekki Most Pontonowy Drewniany) for 2 1/2 tons. Here a pic of a pontoon of this material with Polish soldiers.

Regards

Bert

Hi Sturm 78,

thank You very much for posting these very interesting pics. Only one comment to the pic before last: it cannot be K material. If You compare it with bridges made by K material You will recognize the difference. But, sorry, I´m unable to tell You what material it is. First I thought it is a Light sectional bridge (l.Z-Brücke = Leichte zerlegbare Brücke): but it doesn´t fit. So I don´t know it.

Regards

Bert

Hi Sturm 78,

thank You very much for posting these very interesting pics. To Your question:
on pic 1 is a so called S-Brücke (schwere Schiffsbrücke)
on pic 3: that´s really difficult. I can tell You my asumption. So I think that these are Polish pontoons and the other material is of Czechoslovakian origin. But that´s only an assumption.

Regards

Bert

Thank you for your answer, Bert.

I did not know the S-Brücke (schwere Schiffsbrücke) :?
