Hi, what is the name of this tool used for digging holes for telegraph poles?

Hello,

in administrative German it's called Doppelspaten [double spade] or Lochspaten [hole spade]. But at least today most users refer to it simply as Handbagger [manual excavator] though the base term Bagger [excavator] exclusively refers to a piece of mobile motorized machinery for digging in the ground.
