Hi,
in your opinion is this a ww2 german morse signal lamp?
Somebody saw me that this fabrik "Willy Ostermann - Hamburg 11" didn't made signal lamp during ww2. Is it really? In my opinion it is perfectly equal to ww2 lamp... What do you think?

The Ostermann company in Hamburg itself doesn't exist anymore but the Ostermann signal lamp MSW 20 is still being procuced by WISKA Hoppmann & Mulsow GmbH (www.wiska,com).

Data sheet of the MSW 20: http://www.ysebaert.be/assets/pdf/produ ... _MSW20.pdf

Thanks Helmut0815!
The Ostermann company, I know, existed before and after 1945. Do you think my signal lamp is ww2 or post war ?

As I found out the Willy Ostermann company was taken over by the WISKA GmbH in 1989. The MSW 20 signal lights were widely used postwar in yachts, merchant ships and Bundesmarine vessels. These items have also been sold by the VEBEG, a Federal Agency for the sales of surplus government and Bundeswehr equipment, e.g. https://www.vebeg.de/web/en/verkauf/suc ... HOW_LOS=18
Hard to say whether your signal light is prewar or not. Perhaps you can make an enquiry to WISKA: http://www.wiska.com/en/Contact/Contact/
