Hello!
Even though I lack knowledge about this topic I would like to guess that small can is some kind of mess-tin. Maybe the bigger one is a food container also. The loop there are at the corner is maybe for soup ladle or for something like that. It seems to be made out of very thin metal, so I suppose it's from quite warm country, if it actually is what I think it to be.

I don't guarantee I'm right with this!
