My estimate would be 1932/35 ...... The "background crowd" all seem to be wearing early style "Kampzeit" traditional style uniforms and hats...while Hitler has his "Chancellors" tunic.... proably some sort of commerative event related to Nov. 11 events....(or related events)- unless I'm wrong.

Looks like Hitler has to pee!
