Horst Wessel document/card

Below is a document/card concerning Horst Wessel. My question is, what exactly is it? Other sources (eg. http://forum.axishistory.com/viewtopic. ... el#p384244) have him joining the NSDAP on 07.12.1926, but the card below has 01.12.1926). (Source: NARA)

Hard to tell what it is, at least for me. Photo isn´t the best and the caption in the left top corner not realy readable. I can make out only "Sektion" = section. Don´t know what the 2. word is.

It looks like Berlin 64, Fridenstr.(asse) 51 or similar ... it's the address section anyway.

Hi Jan,
it´s "Berlin 62, Jüdenstraße 51", but I doubt that freddiefro want to know the address.
I more likely think he wants to know which kind of document this is, but I may be wrong as English isn´t my mother tongue.
