Hello I ran across this today and would like to get an opinion on what would be a fair price for me to offer for it? Thanks so much.

My error.... Not an ID book, it's an award book for BDM Bnz. proficiency award....

Values are subjective..... but certianly $50. to $100.00 (or more) in a retail setting....(BDM awards themselves are quite scarce!).... as little as you have too pay from a "collector/buyers" point of view.... good luck.
