What's the odds of this being genuine?

If you mean as actual, handwritten with pen and ink signatures, all on one sheet.... almost nil! ...(almost zero, none!) appear to be a collection of copied examples.

You'd have to examine under magnification the signatures, paper, "crossovers, flow, etc." to say for sure.... modern copy techincs can be difficult to tell, I would give this a 1% chance, and then that's because nothing is certain except death and taxes. "Too "good" to be true" IMHO.

The guy selling it says it came out of a picture frame from the estate of some old woman, I would love to study it close up, but unfortunately its in Germany. If it was genuine it probably would have come from some sort of book/menu/party pamphlet. And if it is printed/fake its a strange combination/layout of signatures. What would an actual signed page of the top Nazi officials be worth, it would be a good indication if it is genuine, as compared with the asking price of the seller?
