Re: More Albert Forster
I have a document with a word which is exactly the same as the second word in the last signature in the Joseph/Magda page. Could anybody give me any ideas about that word?Ian Sayer wrote:Here are two more pages. One relates to a visit by Goebbels to Forster and the other is another SS visit. Any help in identifying the others on the Joseph/Magda page or the unidentified SS officers would be appreciated.

Re: Third Reich signatures.
Just received this signed award by Generalmajor, later General der Artillerie, Eduard Wagner. He was Quartermaster-General and Deputy Chief of Staff 1941-44. He was involved in the bomb plot and provided Stauffenberg and Haeften with their getaway plane. He is also associated with the Holocaust in the East through his agreement to allow the Einsatzgruppen to operate with Heer logistical support. He committed suicide at the OKH in Zossen on July 23, 1944.

Re: Third Reich signatures.
Hallo, Autograph Experten!
At a Redding, California antique mall the other day, I took an enormous risk and spent the absurdly high sum of $8.00 (eight dollars, U.S.) for the 1940 edition of Dr. Goebbels' Vom Kaiserhof zur Reichskanzlei (his 1932/33 diary), in very good condition with a decent dust jacket. Autographed in fountain pen "Dr. Goebbels." (just the autograph, no date or inscription). No scanner so can't post an image at this time, just wanted to share my little score.
Best,
~ Mike
