Hello Marcus,
This movie is about the Invasion in Normandy, the story from both sides.
The German soldiers in my film are no "autodropdead" soldiers.
My inspiration is The Longest Day, but I will film it a modern style.
Very close to the infantry, lots of thrilling storylines, hard and realistic.
Not only the soldiers, but the good and the bad in man.
It's more about the personal drama.
And most important; No Hollywood.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.

Best regards

Dear ST,
Why SS? D-Day the SS sat out. I was thinking Market Garden was your scenario. High quality on the authenticity.

Dear Trackhead,
Making warmovies is my life :)
Market Garden, Stallingrad, Battle for Caen, Berlin and many more battle scenes will be my new projects.
D-Day is my starting point.

All the movies will have subtitles.

Thanks for the comments

I see this "no hollywood" a lot, what exactly does that mean?

Dear NV,
I think it is intended to say no "schmalz" for old Hollywood sentimentality and possibly no glitz and revisionism for new Hollywood. The bad old Hollywood would be exampled by Bridge on the River Kwai and new Hollywood "Midnight Clear".
