Judging by the fact that the Brits are wearing red trousers, it looks like a battle during the French and Indian Wars.

If I had to guess, it might be "Last of the Mohicans" or "The War that Made America".

I think the problem here is that the picture is a bit generic and could be from a number of period movies or documentaries. I'm out of possible guesses on this one.
