"Sabre Jet", 1953, starring Robert Stack.

Funny, the usual casual approach to continuity in poor movies is shown in the image above, because that is a F-80 "Shooting Stars" and not F-86 "Sabre" in the stock formation footage that is in the background projection. This movie even has Amanda Blake ("Miss Kitty)" from Gunsmoke and Jerry Paris who played Jerry Halper in the Dick Van Dyke show on tv.

It's been ages since I've seen it. If you haven't, you aren't missing much.

Talk about freaky timing... "Sabre Jet" just happened to be scheduled for airing this morning on one of the digital tv movie channels broadcast locally here.
