Ungarisches Infanterie regiment no. 23 in the Great War

I am looking for any information about that unit. Anyone had read Josef Eugen Kun's book the Kriegs-Album des k.u.k. Infanterie-Regiments No. 23?

Hi,

as you can see from the following link:
http://www.austro-hungarian-army.co.uk/infantry.htm the regiment in question was garrisoned in Budapest, while its 4th battalion was detached and located in the city of Zombor* (Sombor in Serbian language).

This is a war-time stamp used to collect donations for the widows, orphans and invalids of the regiment:

Regards,

*on the link the name of the city "Zombar" is miss-spelled and refers to the city of Zombor (its Hungarian name in 1914), while currently the city is located in Serbia and its official name is Sombor
