"Orient-Mission k.u.k. Kriegsministeriums" officially led by Archduke Hubert Salvator (in front, with Gallipoli Star!), brother of Emperor Karl I. But real head of the group was Alois Musil, at the far left edge of the picture. Both wearing Turkish War Medal the Gallipoli Star. Who is the other officer with Gallipoli Star?
