I am looking for the informations about general Eugen Ruiz de Roxas (1857-1944).
I know that during WW1 he commanded 1st cavalry division but i don't have any other information about this general (ranks, other units in which he served and comanded during his career and WW1 exc.).
Also, does anyone have a picture of this general with unusual name for austro-hungarian officer ?
Thanks in advance.
Eugen Ruiz de Roxas
