I'am not sure if this is the same unit but Landesgendarmerie-Kommando Nr. 3 had its headquarters in Innsbruck and covered Tirol and Vorarlberg Areas.

Unfortuntely I have just these Peace time stationing. But searching the Net I found ths Book Geschichte der Gendarmerie in Österreich-Ungarn Adjustierung 1816-1918, Einsatze in felde 1914-18 by Hermann Hinterstoisser and Peter Jung published by Stöhr 2000, ISBN 9783901208348. Perhaps you can get hold of it by Interlibrary loan.
