He is military bishop (Feldbischof, 1913 - 1918) Emmerich Bjelik (titular bishop of Thasus).

Who is this gentleman? He had Hungarian nobility, but not an ethnic Hungarian...

A little help:
In 1907 he published a book, without mentioning his name. The anonymous publication was a good idea, because otherwise his military career would have ended immediately.
