7x50 Ernst Leitz Wetzlar

I want some info about this optics. My grandfather left it to me, they were found in Skopje, Macedonia. Can you tell me from which period are they? Serial number is 4727- on the right tube, where you can see barely visible swastika and eagle, also letters M and N. On the left tube the number is 296884. Here are some photos of it.

WWII issue, marine issue, ..cant assure 100% but maybe coastal forces..
