Most of you probably know this photo.

I fail to find any source on this photo on who shot it and about who is depicted on it.
Is it really someone who went mentally insane on the Battlefield?

Anyone knows more about this photo?

Your picture is a blown up section of a picture showing Canadian wounded at the battle of Courcelette, September 1916
