Here's the whole front of the card.

The man sitting on the right has the symbol for artillery on his shoulder strap, but there are no other numbers or cyphers on any of the other straps.

The shape of the badge in your images is slightly different, but it's close.

Hi also Russian 1912 mobilization plan for munition stocks ( authorized figures)

4,559,000 x rifles, 436,000 x revolvers, 4990 x machine guns
2.745,000,000 x bullets

6,261 3 inch gun with 6,261,000 shells
493 x 3 inch horse gun and 481 x mtn guns (all 3 inch)

84 x 4.2 inch (107mm) howtizer with 91,200 shells

586 x 4.8 inch howtizer (122mm) with 512,000 shells

180 x 6 inch gun with 164,000 shells

If you compare Russian authorized figures with actual figures in July 1914, Small arms ( except MG) and light gun were adequate for war but heavier howitzer had shortfall problem.

Hi Adolpheit, you are right about Bulgarian equipped with French QF. I find some data : In Nov 1904, Bulgaria placed an order from Schneider-Creusot to purchase 324 x 75mm quickfirers (81 batteries) with 324,000 shells at 25,700,000 frances while Krupp only obtained 56 x mountain guns contract worth 3,150,000 frances. You are absolutely right on that.

Those are the units that were part of the Danube Army namely:

1st Sofian Inf. Division - 1st Sofian Inf.Rgt., 6th Tyrnovo Inf.Rgt.,16th Lovech Inf.Rgt., 25th Dragoman Inf.Rgt.
41st Inf.Rgt., . 42nd Inf.Rgt. The division reached the Seret on January 5th 1917 and in February it was recalled to the rear of the front to prepare for its transfer to Macedonia which started in March.

The section of the front guarded by the 12th Inf. Division actually was taken by parts of the 1st Inf. Division on January 6th two days before the 12th Inf. Division left the Danube Army and was reassigned to guard the Danube sector around the town of Tulcea as part of the 3rd Bulgarian Army.
