Hello,

Not sure how many of you live in the UK butI live in St Helens and saw this so I though some of you in the Northwest might be interested. Apparently Knowsley Hall opens its doors once a year to the public and this year they're focusing on the 17th Earl of Derby. He was pretty big figure in the Great War leading recruiting campaigns in Liverpool, being the Secretary of State for War in 1916,and ambassador to France during the signing of the Treaty of Versailles. He was also big in horseracing so it sounds like a fun event.

It's around the first week of October so maybe I'll see you there. Heres some more information http://www.knowsleyhallvenue.co.uk/publ ... g_2014.php
