Thanks for posting that, I hadnt heard about it. The stated location is a little unusual compared to accounts from the time that said she was being towed towards Rosyth (or a dock in the Northeast of England in a couple of accounts) but I suppose it depends quite how you define 'near Norway' or how the original accounts may have hidden Engadine taking a more northerly route before turning west to avoid possible mine locations?

Kinda fun hunting for such items. The article said the wreck has not been subjected to illegal salvage been now that it's location is known, who knows what will become of it.
