Hello!
No. Still, the damage was really caused by a German ship (although it was quite a special ship).

An.... airship?
Re: The official AHF WW1 quiz thread
Sorry, no. A real naval ship which had some special feature (not a technical one).

Damage caused by Vulkan or Cyclop? The damage doesnt look like standard collision damage, it looks to be more similar to shell damage. I cannot place the damaged ship, though it looks a familiar layout with the high mounted guns above the turret.

For me Goeben here was a special ship, as officially she belonged to Ottoman Navy, although actually remained a German ship.
Over to you!

hi,
Two branches of the Royal Navy, AFAIK rather lowly regarded by the admiralty, were - probably (or IMO) - the most successful (in "tallies" resp. countable successes)
which ones am I thinking of ?
greetings, the pb

hi, Sheldrake,
submarine yes, patrol no, the second one was a child of the 20th century and worked in the 3rd dimension as well, like the subs.

Which is the only English football league team to have had an air ace on its books? The same man might also be the association footballer to reach the highest rank in the British armed forces
