Cool pics, Javichu! :o . But I agree with you about the captions...
Si la primera foto es de Irún, no me extrañará ver alguna en la que los gudaris canten flamenco :P
Some captions are very curious... Irún (1st pic) looks like a town of Andalucía (700 kms away)

Good question!
Well, I dont think so. I read several years ago about an interesting research made to find out this man´s identity. This "miliciano" was killed in action in the first months of the war. He was born in Alicante (Alcoy, maybe). He was supposed to have been working at a textile factory in that area...
Anyway, a shocking photo... resuming what´s a war like.

I recall hearing that the photo was taken during training exercises and the man was feigning a fall for both his comrades and the camera. It appears that history may have identified the man in the picture but never really cleared up the exact circumstances under which it was taken.
