Re: S.S. Yorkbrook and its cargo March 1937
Hi again,
I have recently ended the transcription of three articles that appeared in the Swedish monthly magazine OBS in 1946. The articles are written by an anonymous writer, presumably one of my fathers three clients who were all involved as agents in the Yorkbrook- and Allegro-affairs.
I have also made a translation into Englixh whixh is now available on this site: http://matswerner.blogg.se/Veltjens/ with a link to my Swedish page where also illustrations appear.

Might have been Suomi submachine guns Eesti kontract ?
Re: S.S. Yorkbrook and its cargo March 1937
This earlier thread seem to suggest that the guns were standard Finnish Army pattern:

Grand majority (about 300) of the Suomi M/31 used by Republican Spain ended up to France in 1939 and were re-issued by French military, so it might be possible to find photos of the guns in France.
