Books on New Guinea Campaign

I've recently ordered MacArthur's Jungle War (which hasn't arrived yet) but I've just noticed two other titles; they are:

MacArthur's Victory: The War in New Guinea by Harry Gailey

MacArthur's New Guinea Campaign, March - August, 1944 by Nathan Prefer

I was curious to know if anyone is familiar with both, and which is the better of the two.
