How much high-ranked (beginning from the rank of Captain/ Colonel ) allied officers were killed and wounded during kamikaze attacks?

General Herbert Lumsden from the British Army, was killed by a Kamikaze whilst on board the battleship USS New Mexico bombarding the Phillipines. He was there as a liason officer/observer. The Captain of the New Mexico was also killed in this incident

Hello,

Theodore Chandler, a US rear admiral and head of CruDiv4, was killed on 6th January 1945 when a kamikaze hit his flagship (USS Louisville).

wrt to the hit on New Mexico, I think Spruance was aboard at the time of the hit. His staff panicked when he could not be found right after the hit - he was busy with the damage control teams.
(citing from memory, but it can be checked in his biography y Buell).

Ironically enough, Spruance transferred his flag to New Mexico, because Indianapolis had been hit by a Kamikaze right before the Okinawa landings.
