In the Airacobra P-39 fighter there was a pipe for urinating available (like in Blenheim, above). I do not know if some other fighter planes offered the same commodity for the pilot. I wonder what Mustang and Zero pilots used in their long-range missions. Did they just hold it, used some tin or make it in the flyig suit when the necessity could not be hold anymore?

Another Elsan can be seen next to this Wellington crewman: http://www.iwm.org.uk/collections/item/object/205208651

Royal Air Force Bomber Command, 1939-1941. A crew member on board a Vickers Wellington of No. 75 (New Zealand) Squadron RAF places night flares in position in the cramped rear fuselage. Note the Elsan chemical lavatory to the right.
Cheers,
Max
