HQ books

I've been reading WW2 for over 30 years and have never seen a book specifically about the top commanders' HQS....has anyone??

I've been studying WW2 for 40 and I have not seen one either. Even the XXX Corps book printed in 1945 in Germany refers to events but not structure and roles.

I guess I could produce one and make $$$$$..that's one of the most interesting things to me, is the HQ buildings<>seeing where the commanders made their ''decisions''...ty

thanks art...that looks very interesting.... looks like it encompasses a lot of subjects and battles dealing with SHAEF...actually, I was looking for a book on the actual buildings/areas of the HQs....I tried to order SCommand through the library, but couldn't...I just looked at it online
