"Ein fliegender Fotograf hat
uns heute in der Budapester Str.[- aße] auf-
genommen:
Sie: der Tod auf Latschen
Er: kam gerad [-e] vom Zahnarzt
(dicke Backe!)
(Anscheinend ists [= ist es] ihr mehr zu
Herzen gegangen als ihm!)"

Translation:
" A flying [vagrant] photographer took
this photo of us today on the Budapester Road [road named regarding the hungarian capital Budapest]:
She: the death on slippers
He: arrived at the moment from the dentist
(swollen cheek!)
(Seemingly she entured it more difficult
then he himself!)"

You´re welcome, Frank.
Relatives or just a purchase?
