While waiting for a native to confirm, my guess would be:

NN - Nazwisko Nieznane - Surname Unknown

DZIEWCZYNKA - Girl

Where does this photo come from? Iran? Perhaps in connection with Polish Army in USSR evacuated to Iran in 1942?

Dz is prounounced as: J

Hi Tirdad,

there is no name on this plate! Greg is ablsoute right with his explanation, he just misse the "SP" at the top what means "Holy memory".
And no "Dz" is not "J", rather I would say it´s worth to view this polish girl and it´s pronounciations:
