It is specielly the text in the button right box i'm interested in.

Hello,

the entry in the right bottom section seems to have been partially cut off.

I read:

Gr.[anat] Spl.[itter] Bauch u.[nd] L or B [rest of the word missing in scan]

which would be

grenade shrapnel [wounds] in stomach and ?????????

Agree with you Torsten.
But I guess I can make out the beginning of the next letter which is an "e". So the next word with "Le..." from my medical view is "Lende" what means "loins". Fits very well with the wounded area (stomach).
