I am having a little trouble with the las half of this sentence: Gefechtgruppe Hoppe übernimmt ab 19.6., 12.00 Uhr, die Führung über alle im Abschnitt gem. Ziff. 3 eingesetzten sowie noch zuzuführenden Truppenteile.

I am getting: Gefechtsgruppe Hoppe assumes on 19.6., 12:00 hours, the leadership over all ...... then I am having a hard time. Any help would be good.

This is best German bureaucratic language

"Gefechtsgruppe Hoppe assumes on 19.6., 12:00 hours, the leadership over all units, which are at the time in service in the sector (according to fig. 3) or are on their way to it."
