Not easy to get right names of those small places, quite often misspelled by soldiers.
My guesses:

1. Bochnia 8.9.39
2. Polnische Gefangene bei Sstizucin? (probably misspelled Szczucin) September 1939
3. 10.9.39 Gut Daniszow Polnische Gefangene - perhaps Dwór Daniszów, south of Lipsko?
4. Morgenkaffee Dobrosin 20.9.39 - it's NW from Lviv.
5. Gefangene in Jeschno? - perhaps Jeżno or Leszno ?
