If someone would be so kind as to translate the following:
В Керчи 22 февраля в дежурную часть второго отдела милиции Керченской милиции поступила информация о том, что на ул. Франко обнаружен корпус мины времен ВОВ со следами коррозии.

Об этом сообщает пресс-служба МВД Крыма.

Данная информация зафиксирована в Журнале единого учета. Проводится проверка.

In the town of Kerch on 22 February the control center of the 2nd Kerch police department received information that a body of a WW2 era mine with signs of corrosion was found on the Franko street.
That is reported by the press-service of the Crimean Ministry for Internal Affairs.
This information is recorded in the Journal of registration. Verification is in progress.
