Hello everyone!

I am trying to identify if this street tag is Bulgarian, Albanian, Serbian, Ukranian or else...

Can someone help?

It reads "Shipka street". The word "street" is the same in Russian, Bulgarian and Serbian, but a reference to Shipka indicates that it is most likely from Bulgaria.

Thank you Art, this is the whole picture. The presence of an orthodox priest could confirm Bulgaria as the location, can someone identify the uniforms?

Thank you!
