Need to translate quite a few pages from Russian cyrillic

Found some of the online free stuff is useable except the provided virtual keyboard and screen is too tiny for sustained use.

Is there a recommended software which I can purchase that provides a large viewing area + keyboard and I simply type in the cyrillic text and the accompanying English translation appears in a separate box? Sort of how Google translate works?

Or if you have another workable alternative kindly advise.
