It´s a letter from Milie (likely Emilie) to her sisters. Telling them that she was a day before at the specialist (I assume otolaryngologist) because of her tongue and that´s she´s waiting now on the decision if she gets discharged now. Mentioning that from her living room 4 other girls left already because they got period or other problems in the lower body. She also mentiones that there are comming a lot of other girls daily (from Alsace, Rhineland, Saarland) and that it´s a coming and going every day. Hoping that she´s lucky and can return home. Asking how Richard and Hermann are doing. Also sending regards for Schan (I guess she means Jean).

It´s Ottilie as one can see in the 2nd photo at the right bottom, don´t know how I got Milie.
