Thanks once again, dear Hiltraut. Regarding the name ("Gobler") - would Gabler make sense? Gobler is a rare last name from Schlesien it seems. Gabler is more common.

Here are some new ones.

Yes, it could read Gabler, when comparing the writer’s “a”s with some of his other ones.
It could be just a sloppy writing, but all I can give you is my opinion of what I think it says. I wish I could do much better!

Here the next ones.

Thanks again, Hiltraut for the continued patience.

Regarding Oltn. Grebner, could this be the same person as our "Gabler"?

Here are some more.

Re Grebner/Gabler: the writing of the names does look similar and yes, I think it could be the same person, Gabler more likely.

Thanks! Indeed, the writing of Gabler is always very sloppy indeed, hence the difficulty. I think Gabler would be the right name too.

Here are some more, I think they should be fairly easy:

IMG0016 = ... Alas, no idea here. Place names will be Russian

IMG0015 = Mein Fahrer Fritz ...?

IMG0014 = Panjepferden (?) auf der Fahrt ... April 1942 (russian place name)

IMG0013 = ... Sportfest....

IMG0011 = Beim Sportschiessen in... (place in France)

Thanks again, dear Hiltraut!

One suggestion this time: Frouville will most likely be Trouville. But it's a very sloppy T indeed.

Here are some more - alas this time I really can't read a thing! All in Russia.

I should have remembered that he used that “t” before, which looked like an “f” to me. :)

Thanks Hiltraut, don't know where you get the patience! :lol: Thanks for keeping up!

Greg, you are right, that is Kingisepp, the only word I could read but forgot to tell nichte. Apelogies!

Here are some new ones, could read a bit this time.

If you back to page one, your post from 3. Aug. 2015, you could add to it:
“Heimfahrt von Verpfl.-Fahrzeug” as well, unless you already filled them in.

And “Ramzy” could be added on page 3, IMG 0014

Thanks once more, Hiltraut, for the expertise!

Indeed, the Verpflegungswagen-photo is almost the same as we had before. Interesting to see the two texts combined.

Aha, Grobler it is. Glad we finally ID'ed it. It looks like a name from southren-Germany. In any case, a rather rare name but we have a clear ID now.

BTW: this series is coming to an end, slowly. But no worries, another series is coming :lol:

Here are some more:
