Someone had a terrible handwriting and used even different styles of letters in the same word! Looks like "Gustel" and compare the "e" in "Reuter". And compare the ending "-er" in "Ritterkreuzträger" and "Reuter"!
The name seems to be added by another person, but why the weird spelling and different writing of the same letter?

Two friends helped me. I think it has to do with the name being written as a signature and the rest of the text is his common handwriting.
