He probably pressed two keys in the same time, just forget т, it's прового фланга = right flank of

Its the 30th Rifle Division not the 306th.

Just reading it again, closer to original text would be:

enemy is pushing/pressing 30 RD and (enemy) starts fight/action on the left flank of 74 RD
