Help with translating the equipment carried by the Werkstattkraftwagen

Trying to translate the equipment carried in the Werkstattkraftwagen mentioned in the Ron Klages Panzers and other Vehicles sections.
1) schalttafel
2) ventilkegel schleifmaschine
3) feldschmeide

Schalttafel - switchboard or sometimes control panel
Ventilkegel Schleifmaschine - grinder for engine valves (mostly cone shaped)
Feldschmiede - field forge

I tried translator and was thrown by control panel--control panel for what?
And the cone shaped grinder translation made me laugh.
